Conner Ivy, CCIM, is the owner and broker of Conner Ivy Company specializing in the sale of investment properties in Texas and the Southwest. With 23 years of commercial real estate experience, Conner has leased, managed and sold office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties throughout North Texas. During his career, Conner has secured in excess of 1,000 transactions with a sales volume of over $150 million. Conner manages the day to day operations of the company and is well versed in a variety of property analyses, is responsible for research and evaluates investment opportunities and trends for his clients by keeping up with local and national investment brokerage activities in his client's respective markets of interest. Conner spends most of his time on retail brokerage, however, when given an assignment, he is able to adapt to the project with ease as his experiences in investment sales are vast.

A sampling of career highlights include: Listing and selling the Sigels Liquor Store Property on Industrial Boulevard near Downtown Dallas, the property is a NNN leased investment and sold for in excess of $266 per sq. ft., Listing and selling an Addison, TX retail center in December of '06 which was another NNN lease property that was 100% occupied and contained 29,000+ sq. ft., the property was 30 years old and sold for over $107. per sq. ft. In September 2001, as a limited partner, acquiring the Houston Office Properties, a five-office building portfolio, totaling 231,859 sq. ft. with the closing price of $9.9 million and the sale of the Landmark Village shopping center in Arlington, TX, totaling 72,000 sq. ft. with a closing price of over $5.8 million. While working for a local Dallas based investor, Conner successfully leased and managed a portfolio of office, retail and multifamily properties valued at $50 million. Conner represents buyers of multi-family projects when they want to buy on an exclusive buyer representation basis. An example of one of Conner's strengths is when he is given a project; he has been able to achieve exactly what the client was looking for. Recently when a client asked Conner to find a NNN ground leased property that they could 1031 into, Conner found a Washington Mutual Bank on a ground lease in the Dallas Fort Worth market that matched their need perfectly, prior to Conner's involvement, the client had been looking for this type of asset for several months but was unable to find a match. Conner's client went from contact to close in 45 days meeting their need. As an involved commercial real estate broker, Conner is a Certified Commercial Institute Member designee; as such, he is a member of the North Texas CCIM chapter.
