Scope
of Service Experience Conner
Ivy is Vice President of the Investments/Retail Division at NAI Robert Lynn. He
is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and CCIM Designee specializing in the sales
of investment properties in Texas and the Southwest, performing portfolio analyses,
assessing investment properties, negotiating sales, leasing and managing assets.
Expertise includes office, retail and industrial assets. Performs financial
analysis of client portfolios. Successfully coordinates due diligence,
including site plan reviews, surveys, environmental reports, soil reports and
title reports, ensuring properties are acceptable for acquisition or disposition.
Secures financing and works with real estate attorneys to achieve timely closings.
Works with owners to reconcile CAM, taxes and insurance payment to insure that
there are no shortfalls or deficiencies. Proactively leases and/or manages
properties, developing creative and innovative marketing plans.
Education University
of Mississippi Oxford, MS Obtained CCIM Designation in October of 2003 Continuing
education through real estate industry associations.
Background
& Experience Investment Sales Has sold over
$500 million during career, including site selection for retail operations. Maintains
large financial rolodex of high-net-worth investors. Asset
Management Leased and managed a portfolio of office retail and industrial
properties throughout the Southwest which was valued at $50 million. By achieving
high occupancies and above-market rental rates, drove up the value of these properties.
Portfolio was ultimately sold by Conner Ivy. Leasing Has experience
proactively leasing properties for owners. Known as a skilled lease negotiator
with excellent human relations skills.
